The brief

Please note this advert closes on 31/03/2021 at 12 noon.

The Borough Council of Calderdale invites you to submit a tender for the provision/operation of mobile refreshment kiosks in Calderdale parks and open spaces at one, more or all of the locations (lots) listed in this tender.

There will be one mobile kiosk only in each location (Locations 1 - 3) listed below.

This will allow for the provision / sale of light refreshments including ice cream, confectionary, ices and non-alcoholic cold drinks only in the parks / open spaces stated at Locations 1 - 3 below.

This tender has been divided into three lots, with each location represented by one lot.

Tenderers are invited to submit a tender for one, more or all of the lots listed in this tender.

Successful tenderer(s) should power their ice-cream machines from the electricity points that have been installed for that purpose in Manor Heath Park in Halifax (Location 1) and Centre Vale Park in Todmorden (Location 2).

There is no electricity point provided and so no requirement to do so at Ogden Water Country Park (Location 3).
