'The winning tenderer will deliver all the business and operational requirements of the 2020 Climate Group programme on behalf of the Scottish Government, working in partnership with the Scottish Government Contract Manager.

The winning tenderer will be responsible for setting up a team to deliver the tasks, this should include a full time Project Director to oversee the work and part-time support on communications, fund-raising, event organisation and general IT and admin.
