Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council are seeking an operator for Boscombe Community Centre as a part of the Better Boscombe regeneration initiative.
The anticipated start date of the contract is 01 April 2026.The selected operator will be awarded a long-term lease to run and operate the new community centre, and will be required to deliver services to the community.
The estimated turnover of the concession is £750,000.00.
