The rapid turnaround of these properties is essential.
The role of the contractor will be to ensure that clearing and cleaning of properties both internally and externally is completed as quickly as possible and to a high standard.
Ad hoc clearance and cleaning of tenanted properties will also be required as part of this specification as will be the clearance of non licenced asbestos removal and out of hours clean ups.
The contractor will also be expected to attend ad hoc clearances on estates following fly tipping and graffiti removal.
