Stockport Homes Expression of Interest for Construction Design and Maintenance System

Stockport Homes is seeking Expressions of Interest for a hosted Construction, Design and Maintenance System that will allow us to standardise our operations and fully comply with CDM 2015, whilst ensuring accountability for actions throughout the whole organisation and group.

Detailed below is a brief scope we need the system to be capable of: - Individual project identifiable - Wizard based - Produce standard CDM documents which are fully editable - Manage CDM project process (provisions F10, pre construction information, construction phase plan and health and safety file) - Reporting and dashboards - Workflow and alerts - Auditable - Contractor / external accessible - The system will be configured to meet SHG needs - Standard CDM templates are to be provided as part of the package - The system must be compatible with existing SHG systems and include the transfer of existing records and information (Microsoft Office) - Training and continued support is to be included to users and system administrators Whilst the above detail the essential requirements, the solution must be capable of handling our compliancy needs by offering the versatility to adapt to changing circumstances and requirements without the need for specialist programming skills.

We are looking for interested suppliers to attend a supplier engagement event on November 28th 2018 in Stockport to assist in exploring the requirement / scope.
