WCC - Music Data Management Solution

Warwickshire County Council is seeking Tender Responses to provide an externally hosted cloud-based solution to support the administration needs of Warwickshire Music and its stakeholders (WCC Managers, Administrators, Teachers, Schools, Parents and Pupils).

Contract Term - The contract term comprises of the implementation period and the service period.

The initial service period will be 5 years from the successful Go-Live date (post implementation) with options to further extend in multiple periods of up to 36 months.

Total potential contract duration is therefore up to 8 years at the discretion of the Council, plus the agreed implementation period prior to Service commencement.

The contract start date is therefore anticipated between 01/01/2025 & 31/03/2025, The date will be dependent on the outcome of the tender (& successful Supplier) and the complexity of the transition.

It is anticipated that the Go-Live (Service) period is between March and September 2025.

The solution must be fully implemented by the end of December 2025.

Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (In-Tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
