For Lot 2, the overall aim of this service is to empower men across the life course to lead healthier, more resilient lives enabling them to contribute meaningfully to stronger families, workplaces and communities in Blackburn with Darwen, through engagement in hyper local activities.

For Lot 3, the overall aim of this service is to provide low level emotional and practical support to individuals who have been bereaved, reducing stigma, supporting them to grieve and preventing the escalation of distress by offering early intervention.
