The brief

The Isle of Wight Council (\"the Authority\") invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers (\"Potential Suppliers\") for the provision of Integrated Domestic Abuse and Sexual Crime Service on the Isle of Wight.

The aim of the service will be to bring together all existing Domestic Abuse components in line with Office Police Crime Commissioner (OPCC) requirements.

This will also provide an opportunity to add and enhance existingprovision with the addition of a perpetrator programme.

The Authority is looking for a provider who can deliver an integrated service model that aims to improve a range of domestic violence outcomes by providing easy access to services at the right place at the right time and through an open access policy.

It is expected that the integrated service will utilise the potential to work across a number of stakeholders, settings and organisations to improve efficiency, reduce duplication for both the service and the service users alike and maximise local assets.

The maximum allocated budget for the contract term is £787,780 The maximum expected, fixed annual budget for the service is £315,112 and tenderers are asked to demonstrate how they can deliver the service within this budget allocation.

The Authority is unable to consider any submission that comes above this figure; however, tenderers are able to submit under the allocated budget.

The term of the contract shall be from 1 October 2018 until 31 March 2020 with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years at the sole discretion of the Authority.

It is intended to hold a Bidders Event on 24 April 2018 at the Council offices on the Isle of Wight, subject to interest.
