The Authority has previously been a 30 hours Early Innovator, part of this work developed partnership working across the sector to develop a tool kit to support the changes within early years funding entitlement.

This work demonstrated the strength of partnership working across the early years sector and the local authority.

The 'Sector led 30 hours delivery support grants', all have an overarching aim 'to directly or indirectly increase the number of 30 hours places across Bolton.' Grants will be awarded to Bolton based providers with a good track record of delivering early years services.

Grants will focus on and be awarded in 3 lots: 1 Sector led SEND Learning Hub and network support 2 Childminder Learning Hub and network support 3 Sector led business and commercial support and network
