Birmingham Adults Education Service (BAES) need a build of the latest stable release of Moodle and Mahara to support our online and digital learning platforms.
This can be one or many software packages however an ideal situation would be a two packages which provides all of the facilities BAES require.
This may affect the scoring.
The company providing the build must be able to provide installation with requirements set by BAES.
The software would need to be able to run across 10 sites accommodate 4,000 concurrent users which are to be connected on the same network and over the internet.
Any software provided must be given a grace period between purchase and installation whilst the IT infrastructure gets completed.
Anticipated timescales for go live is September although purchasing will be complete immediately after award.
Registration and use of in-tend is free.
