Provision of a Leadership Development Programme for Professionals Working with Children and Young People with Learning Disability and / or Autism
This specific Learning Disability Leaders' Development Programme is commissioned by NELA in partnership with NHS England (Cumbria & North East), Health Education North East (HENE) for the North East & Cumbria Learning Disability Network.
NELA are looking for a provider that can design and deliver a bespoke development programme for Learning Disability Leaders from across Health and Social Care systems with a focus on commissioning new models of care.
Support and communication with the participants during the duration of the programme should be offered, as should, the possibility of registering with an accreditation body to study at Post Graduate Certificate level.
These facilitated sessions will engage members of the Learning Disability Leadership and Management community and transfer knowledge and advance skills and behaviours plus develop relationships and group dynamics.
