New tender closing date is 4th April 2018 at 13:00The Client requires a Contractor to deliver a scheme to prevent unauthorised parking at vehicle parking sites.
This will involve the issuing of permits to persons authorised to use the parking facilities and issue Parking Charge Notices to those parking without authority.
The scheme will also require the Contractor to administer parking management services which will include the Contractor recovering charges from the Liable Person.
