NHS England NHS England School Age & Community Immunisation Services (SAIS) for Hertfordshire

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England Midlands & East (Central Midlands) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver School Age & Community Immunisation Services (SAIS) for Hertfordshire.

This procurement will be conducted by AGCSU on behalf of England, Midlands & East (Central Midlands) (referred to as the Commissioners).

Any contract arising from this procurement will be between the successful Provider and NHS England (NHS Commissioning Board).

The contract to be entered into will be in accordance with the general NHS Standard Contract 2017/18-2018/19 (or revisions thereof) issued by the Commissioners that will meet the technical and financial requirements of the Service.

As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful Bidder for a period of 2 years + 3 months, with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years.

The contract extension will be subject to a review of the delivery and performance of the contract.

It is envisaged that TUPE will apply to this contract.

The contract value over the contract period will be: Year 1- £948,728, Year 2 - £1,041,001, Year 3 - £1,133,321, Year 4 - £1,138,538, Total Contract Value £4,261,588 (4 Years 3 months), (Increase in contract value year on year reflective of growth which is outlined in the FMT - Document 10).
