The University of Portsmouth (the Authority) is seeking to award two measured term contracts for the planned preventative maintenance with reactive repairs and minor works for building fabric (Lot 1) and mechanical & electrical works (Lot 2).
The annual values for Lots 1 and 2 are anticipated to be approximately £400,000 and £1,400,000.
The two contracts may be awarded to the same contractor or two different contractors.
An Applicant can apply for Lot 1, Lot 2 or both Lots (see question 1.4).
This standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) is being issued in connection with a competitive procurement conducted in accordance with the Restricted Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Public Procurement (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 ("the Regulations").
