Children's Autism Spectrum Assessment and Diagnostic Service: This service will be accessible to all children and young people, aged between 3 and 18 years (19yrs with learning disability) living in Hampshire or the Isle of Wight and registered with the GP surgery within the following CCGs: • Isle of Wight CCG • South East Hampshire CCG • Fareham and Gosport CCG • West Hampshire CCG • North Hampshire CCG • North East Hampshire and Farnham CCG There are approximately 350,000 children and young people registered with a GP Practice across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight - 0-19 years.
The new service will commence on the 1st October 2021 for 2.5 years with the option to extend for 12 months.
Financial values included for the full 3.5 years.
Tender submission deadline is 12:00 noon on the 27th April 2021.
