The LAA invited Applicants who held an existing Housing and Debt Legal Aid Contract to submit a Tender for a Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme Contract ("HPCDS Contract" or "Contract") for the Bed and Reading Schemes to deliver the Services from 1 February 2021 to 30 September 2021 with the right for the LAA to extend the Contract for a maximum further 12 months.
