The aim of this project is to provide an evaluation of the economic impact of Birmingham’s Christmas markets and events programme, visitor motivation, the impact of various media/sources in raising awareness and levels of visitor satisfaction.
The survey is used to analyse year-on-year trends and inform future event objectives.
