On behalf of SMP Alliance (comprising Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd, bmJV (a joint venture between BAM Nuttall Ltd and Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure Ltd), Costain Ltd, Fluor Ltd, Jacobs UK Ltd and WSP UK Ltd) working with National Highways we are inviting expressions of interest for the provision of management and construction of emergency areas, adjacent to all-lane running motorways.
This scope is further described as National Highways' National Emergency Area Retrofit (NEAR) Programme and detailed herein.
We are issuing this notice to establish prequalified suppliers from whom we may seek future tender submissions for the scope of works identified herein, subject to the applicant satisfying the minimum requirements noted below.
