The brief

The Royal Borough of Kingston requires a new location for it's salt store.

The decision has been made that the store will be located at the Council's Waste Transfer Station at Chapel Mill Road, Kingston, KT1 3GZ.

As a result the Council is seeking a provider to re configure the existing maintenance depot to accommodate the provision of a new salt store.
