The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales has a requirement for the service and maintenance of open protocol cell management systems at Bridgend, Merthyr and Swansea.
The service and maintenance will commence for Bridgend and Merthyr on 1st September 2015 and on 3rd September 2016 for Swansea.
Maintenance support will be required 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Planned and preventative maintenance will also be required.
The successful contractor must have previous experience of either installation or maintenance of cell management systems within a police custody environment.
The successful contractor must have NSI Gold accreditation, or equivalent for CCTV, intruder and access control.
The successful contractor must be either be NICEIC or ECA certified, or equivalent.
