Pay & Display Car Park Equipment for Salisbury District Hospital

This project is to replace 8 x Pay & Display units, and install 1 new unit in a current car park.

As a minimum, units offered by suppliers MUST : • Be capable of “standalone” operation – i.e. solar power source (although mains is available as a backup), • Be able to accept a number of payment methods, e.g. coin, card payment, contactless or Applepay, • Be lined to a cloud based monitoring portal accessible by Trust staff, • Have a demonstrable track record of successful operation in exposed locations, • Be supported by service contracts from the providing company We require bidders to provide both a “blind” unit option, i.e. no recording of vehicle registration number, and an “intelligent” option where a partial registration number is recorded on the issued ticket.

Do not apply if you are offering a car park managed service.

The Procurement process is being conducted via the Trust’s Ariba procurement portal.

Interested bidders should email tenders@salisbury.nhs.uk with the project title including full named contact details, company business name, telephone, email and company business address for the person responsible for preparing their response.

The Trust will then register the bidder on the Ariba portal, and the bidder will automatically receive an Ariba event invite key.
