The Council has a development opportunity to increase the supply of housing with a focus on the provision of specialist supported housing, to help to ensure the long-term economic sustainability of Knowsley.
The Council will work in partnership with a developer/registered provider in order to enhance the housing offer and quality of life that Knowsley provides for its most vulnerable adults.
The Council is seeking to enter into a partnership with a developer/registered provider to secure the development of the following sites: • Park Road, Kirkby - 0.64 Site Area (Acres) • Ennerdale Close, Kirkby - 0.45 Site Area (Acres) • Garth Road, Kirkby - 0.52 Site Area (Acres) • Ormonde Crescent, Kirkby - 0.98 Site Area (Acres) • Byron Close, Huyton - 0.33 Site Area (Acres) • Ropers Bridge Close, Whiston - 0.09 Site Area (Acres) • Rudgate, Whiston - 0.35 Site Area (Acres) • Blakeacre Road / Knowl Hey Road, Halewood - 1.10 Site Area (Acres)
