THE SUPPLY CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO THE DIGITAL CATAPULT WITHIN THE PERSONAL DATA AND TRUST PROJECT
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits in the lower-middle of the IT Services band — a mid-scale opportunity. Based on 36,449 valued IT Services tenders in our corpus.
The scope of this RFP covers two Lots for consultancy services, for which bidders are invited to one or both pieces of work.
The first project is the PAS 4891 project, where we are working with the British Standards Institution and a group of stakeholders to develop a standard for how an organization communicates its privacy policy online.
The successful individual or consultancy will assist the Digital Catapult on the project, engage the stakeholders and ensure that the Digital Catapult strategic aims and objectives of the project are met.
The second project is the Personal Data Receipts project.
The successful individual or consultancy will be expected to produce and implement a plan for dissemination of the outputs of the first phase of the project, which is a small-scale Digital Catapult implementation, and scale this up, with at least 3 mid-size to large organisations committing to implement the receipt by end May 2017.
The project will need to work with open consent standards bodies and build impactful relationships with organisations for which personal data is core to their business, such as insurance companies, companies which process health data or major retailers.
The technical work to implement any technical changes (software development or internal systems integration) to the Personal Data Receipt will be project-managed by the successful individual or consultancy, but undertaken by the Digital Catapult.
