The brief

The replacement of the normal lights is required (I) the design of the existing lighting means that when one light needs replacement, the maintenance team needs to take down the entire row of lighting and (ii) the type of lighting used is now obsolete so single light fittings cannot be replaced, its got to be the whole row.

A new lighting system is proposed together with a new emergency system for these areas (the ground floor has been reconfigured, rendering the existing emergency lighting scheme non-compliant).
