This PIN is designed to alert the market to our future intent to tender for this requirement and to give prospective bidders the opportunity to indicate if they have an existing off-the-shelf solution that could meet our requirements and has been installed and running for at least 2 years in an Educational establishment of equivalent size and scale.
There will be an opportunity for presentations / visits.
Suppliers that demonstrate they are capable of meeting our requirements will be invited to visit the University in March / April 2018 and will be provided with more information nearer the time. **Please note when you express an interest you will gain access to the 'PIN Stage' event.
You MUST use the MESSAGES facility to follow up your interest and supply further information to demonstrate how you could meet our objective - it is the MESSAGES facility that will be used to arrange presentations if appropriate.
DO NOT upload a response to the PIN Stage event itself, as this will be sealed until after the expression of interest deadline ( 4pm GMT on Monday 5th March 2018) and therefore we will not see your response until after that date**
