Refurbishment of Refectory Counters & Kitchen

The works comprises of refurbishments of the serving areas, kitchen and food preparation and storage areas of the Refectory on the Nuns Corner campus.

Removal of existing food serving counters and fitted equipment and replacement with new counters, flooring and wall finishes with new lighting, services and equipment.

The existing Pot Wash room to be relocated into new constructed room within the existing food store with associated building works and services.

Existing wall in the current Pot Wash room to be taken down to open up and create new hot meals serving counter with new door opening into food store.

New openings to be created from the dinning area to the food store and existing blocked up opening to be reopened.

The existing main kitchen is to have some of the existing equipment disconnected and removed and new equipment installed also works to update finishes in this room in flooring and walls.
