This would cover cottages 1,2,4,5,6,7 & 8.
The buildings are Grade 2 listed and therefore we are seeking a sympathetic approach to the works that must be in keeping with the current Scheme.
Cottage 8 will be occupied during the contract period and therefore consideration must be applied.
FXPlus expects the winning bidder to deliver high quality workmanship with attention to detail and finishes.
