The estimated contract value for the provision of core property and facilities management services is £35,000 (exc VAT) per annum.
The requirement for optional services will be on an ad-hoc basis subject to future requirements of Bristol Charities, please note that there is no guarantee of spend in respect of optional services.
The maximum contract value to be procured via this arrangement across all requirements is £185,000 (exc VAT) throughout the contract term.
