Fitzgerald House is a general needs scheme located at Avondale Drive Hayes Hillingdon UB3 3PW.
The block comprises of 88 dwellings spread across twelve floors.
The new Communal Lighting System works will broadly comprise of the installation of 156 LED (Light Emitting Diode) luminaries supplied from 4 Control Panels with 4 local test positions.
