This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits below the typical range for Business Services contracts — a smaller, more accessible award. Based on 57,319 valued Business Services tenders in our corpus.
Stokesay Castle in Shropshire is a 13th century fortified manor house, located just outside the busy and popular towns of Ludlow and Craven Arms.
It is visited by approximately 40,000 people per annum and this project aims to improve both its commercial performance and the visitor experience.
The first phase of the work involves the conversion of a newly acquired cottage outside the property pay line into a new tea room, with an outdoor play area, and first floor residential accommodation suitable for letting.
English Heritage are looking to appoint a specialist catering consultant to be part of the design team, which will be led by an architect from the EH Framework.
The work will comprise the interior design of the tea room as well as the design of external tea room areas, and the design of kitchen and servery areas.
Consultants without specialist catering experience will not be considered for this role.
