To deliver and improve collection rates across the following debt areas:\r • Parking Penalty Charge Notices\r • Council Tax\r • Business Rates (Non-Domestic Rates)\r • Business Improvement District Debts (BIDS) \r • Sundry Debts and Housing Benefit Overpayments \r • Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery\r • Execution of Arrest Warrants\r • High Court Enforcement Services.
This may include processing a debt from the issue of pre-proceedings documentation through to enforcing judgement.\r \r The successful applicant will be permitted to claim their fees only in accordance with the Taking Control of Goods (Fees) Regulations 2013 (as amended). \r The Council will not accept any direct charges from any of the Service Providers save for any charges for VAT.
