Its purpose is to invite proposals from suitably experienced, resourced and qualified supplier(s) of general building services/works; to undertake a small extension project at our Blucher Ambulance Station, Hexham Road, Blucher, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 9SN.
This process will establish a contract in accordance with the Specification(s) and in line with NHS standard terms and conditions of contract for goods & services.
The contract shall have an initial term of 3 months and/or until the successful completion of the project by end October 2019.
