Transferability of training records between Trusts will be improved by the Digital Staff Passport.
Our current version of Totara (2.6) is no longer nationally supported.
Upgraded GOLD (Version 13 or above) is expected to enables the addition of a bespoke appraisal model to support our People Strategy and 'Modernising HR systems and processes'.
GOSH are currently using Totara v2.6 to host and manage our statutory, mandatory and core competency training requirements.
We therefore require a supplier who would implement the transfer of our existing LMS from the existing supplier (WebAnywhere) and to offer an upgrade our system in terms of user experience customization, system functionality and security.
Totara v2.6 is licenced until 27 June 2023so that the requirement is to upgrade to Totara version 13 including hosting services.
