Window refurbishment
East Anglia Reserve Forces and Cadets Association are planning refurbishment works to Hertford Army Reserve Centre.
We're seeking to award a contract for refurbishment of sash windows to the Grade 2 listed building.
19 windows will need to be refurbished sympathetically, retaining as much of the original timber as possible. https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1268733 All contract staff will need to be approved to Basic Personnel Security Standard level in accordance with MoD Requirements under JSP440.
Qualification process for the RFCAs is managed on their behalf by Constructionline, using PAS91 and SSIP and membership of Constructionline to silver level is a pre-requisite of any contract award.
The form of contract will be JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016
