The FSCS is seeking to contract with a single Service Provider for the provision of "One Stop Shop" travel management services.
The appointed Service Provider must have the ability to deliver a high-quality standard of travel services whilst demonstrating value for money for the FSCS.
The Service provided must include an easy to use online booking facility for routine requirements, mainly in relation to UK travel and accommodation.UK travel and accommodation (85%) accounts for largest share of FSCS's travel requirements due to travel between FSCS's London Office and a partner site in Glasgow.
The Service Provider must be able to provide access to online and offline support for more complex but infrequent international travel.
This may include provision of additional services like Visas for Non-EU travel, Pre-travel medicals and emergency travel arrangements to provide replacement travel options in case of late cancellations by airlines or the traveller.
The Service Provider must be able to provide a travel service which includes but is not limited to: •Flight bookings for UK and Overseas travel •Rail and road travel for UK and EU •Hotel Accommodation for UK and International •Visas for Non-EU travel •Pre-travel medicals as required •Venue finding services for meetings, booking group accommodation and supporting services •Ability to interface with FSCS's Traveller Safety Supplier in order to provide key travel information including but not limited to; traveller name, travel date, flight/train etc number, hotel details (incl. contact Number) and itinerary (where known).
