The assistance includes: • Mandatory/Discretionary Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) Adaptations • Minor Adaptations • Housing Options support • Discretionary grants to make Homes Healthier and Safer to Live In • Occupational Therapist/Trusted Assessor services
