The brief

The contractor should employ skilled personnel and specialist contractors as necessary to achieve the standards described.

The mechanical services shall include the following: 1) Strip out and enabling works.

2) Gas Installation.

3) LTHW Heating Installation.

4) Building Management and Controls systems.

5) Thermal Insulation.

6) Testing and Commissioning.

7) Providing all design drawings and design calculations for comments.

The Contract will be divided into the following work packages "Lots": Lot 1 - Headquarters Lot 2 - Bournbrook Fire Station Lot 3 - Highgate Fire Station Tenderers are invited to bid for all or any of the available lots- It is the preference of the Authority that all the above Lots will be awarded to a single Tenderer.

However, should it be more economically advantageous to do so, the Authority may award separate contracts for each Lot or a combination of Lots to separate Tenderers.
