Hull City Council is seeking to procure a service that is independent of the Council to carry out a summative assessment as required by Ministry for Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), combined with a broader evaluation of the three schemes under the Humber Business Growth Hub's #GrowMySME programme both as each progress and at their relevant conclusions.
The requirements of the Summative Assessment for the ERDF element of the project is set out in the guidance included as Appendices A-H.
