Provision of Used Cars for Training Purposes

Second-hand transport vehicles.

The Authority has a requirement for the supply of used cars to enable training primarily at Kineton and occasionally at Bicester.

The vehicles are to be supplied in a visually serviceable condition and are to include all doors, windows, boot, bonnet and internal fittings.

They must be capable of being moved around on four wheels and include ignition keys.

Estimated quantities are 40-50 per month at the Kineton site and 4-5 every 2 months at the Bicester site.

The vehicles shall be delivered within a 48 hour notice period and collected within a 7-day notice period.

The majority of vehicles will be returned with windows smashed and some interior damage and in some cases will be returned with the roof and other parts separated from the main chassis.
