A lot-based procurement to source a number of providers to provide temporary resources - agency workers, temporary teams, interims and consultants for the London Borough of Lambeth.

There are no restrictions on the number of Lots a supplier can submit a tender for.

Suppliers can submit tenders for one or more Lots in any combination.

The contract will be for an initial 6 year period with an option to extend a further 2 x 12 month periods (6 + 1 + 1).

Lot 1 - Social Care The Council requires a single provider via a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to enable social care teams to source qualified and unqualified workers and receive a high-touch service.

Social Care Interims are also to be delivered through this Lot.

The estimated contract value for this Lot over the total 8 year duration is estimated at £184,184,000.

Lot 2 - Statement of Works The Council requires a single provider to provide a contracts and payment platform for Statement of Works / Consultancy engagements, supporting the Council in appointing, managing and paying suppliers.

The solution needs to be able to build a supply chain to assist the Council in sourcing engagements and provide the necessary compliance documents for contracts and for any future audits.

The estimated contract value for this Lot over the total 8 year duration is estimated at £44,000,000.

Lot 3 - Temporary Teams The Council requires a provider it could utilise to deploy teams at short notice.

These workers would remain employees of the provider and act as an alternative to agency.

Includes provision for the Council to onboard these workers should the short-term project become longer term.

The estimated contract value for this Lot over the total 8 year duration is estimated at £10,887,800 Lot 4 - General Industrial, Environment, Housing and Leisure The Council requires a hierarchy of suppliers to engage workers at short notice to meet operational requirements.

Short notice could include immediate fill.

Suppliers will need to utilise the Council's Vendor Management System (VMS) to provide the necessary compliance documents.

There a 3 distinct areas under the Lot: Lot 4a - Manual Labour Lot 4b - Trades and Operatives Lot 4c - Leisure The estimated contract value for this Lot over the total 8 year duration is estimated at £31,573,300.

Lot 5 - Local Government The Council requires a single provider via a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to deliver workers not defined by any other lot in this procurement.

The MSP would be responsible for delivering a supply chain of agencies and deliver a pricing mechanism to supply workers.

Interims are also to be delivered through this Lot.

The estimated contract value for this Lot over the total 8 year duration is estimated at £276,276,000.
