The Ministry of Defence (MoD) are inviting bids for the provision of various networking equipment as follows: 20 x WSC3750X-24S-S Cisco 24 port Gig SFP 3750x Switch IP Base Image 6 x WS-C3750X-12S-S Cisco 12 port Gig SFP 3750x Switch IP Base Image 20 x C3KX-PWR-350WAC Cisco 3750X Redundant Switch power supplies 6 x ASA5512-SSD120-K9 Cisco ASA 5512-X 6 x ASA-IC-6GE-SFP-A Cisco 6-port GE SFP (SX, LH, LX) interface card 210 x GLC-GE-100FX= Cisco 100FX Multimode SFP 60 x GLC-SX-MM= Cisco 1000SX Mutimode SFP 20 x SFP-10G-LRM= Cisco 10 GBASE-LRM SFP+ module for MMF and SMF, 1310 nm 10 x C3KX-NM-10G Two Cisco 10GbE SFP+ ports network module with four physical ports with 2 x SFP+ and two regular SFP ports 200 x LC-ST Cables (Red) LSZH MM 3m 50 x LC-ST Cables (Red) LSZH MM 5m 30 x LC-LC Cables (Red) LSZH MM 100 x LC-ST Cables (Red) LSZH MM 3m 50/125 The networking equipment must meet certain requirements as follows: Must be supportable under the existing maintenance contract in place (CISCO); Must have the ability to have interchangeable SFP modules to support 100 Base Multimode 1000 Base Multimode/Singlemode Fibres; Must be layer 3 compatible; Must be fully compatible with existing equipment and technical skills.

Due to the reasons listed above and that the fact that this equipment is for a high security network, the products outlines must be provided and bids for alternative equivalents cannot be accepted.
