===The deadline to apply for this opportunity has now passed=== The Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) is holding a Market Engagement event for providers interested in tendering for a programme of work for HSCIC Culture Change.

HSCIC intend to procure an organisation to work with HSCIC to design, develop and deliver an energetic and exciting programme of organisational cultural change.

There are a number of key areas that will need to be addressed as part of this programme including, but not limited to: • Transforming the culture of the organisation; • Strengthening our customer service; • Leadership development; • Future organisational design.

We are open to a range of ideas about how this requirement could be shaped and delivered, taking into account a number of organisational considerations.

The purpose of the event will be to explain HSCIC’s organisational background and needs, and understand from potential providers in more detail: • our requirement and inform any future procurement; • costs; • likely delivery approaches; • innovation and opportunities from the market; • how we might need to structure ourselves to support delivery of programme goals in conjunction with a partner.

The contract length is under consideration.

The Market Engagement event will be held on 6 October 2015, at the Cosmopolitan Hotel, 2 Lower Briggate, Leeds, LS1 4AE.

The event will start at 13:30, with an opportunity to meet the team from 13:00.
