18 109 - Concession Contract for the Operation of Crewe Markets

This is a Concession Contract and will be open for use by Cheshire East Borough Council.The value of this contract is in the region of £3000000 - £5500000 - The duration of the contract will be for 120 months (10 years).

The contract will include a break-clause which will entitle the concession operator to terminate the contract at their discretion on the 5th anniversary of the contract start.

Cheshire East Council invites tenders from organisations interested in undertaking the operation of Crewe Markets for a ten year period commencing Summer 2020, to include a lease of the remodelled Crewe Market Hall and Covered Market.

This procurement exercise will be conducted on Cheshire East Borough Council's electronic Contract and Tender Management System at the www.the-chest.org.uk Organisations wishing to be considered for this contract must register their expression of interest and provide additional required information through the Contract and Tender Management System.
