The brief

A copy of the PIN notice is in Attachments.

The GCHQ, CESG and Crown Commercial Service (CCS) are proposing to develop a single, central route to market for CESG certified cyber security services.

Cyber Security Services 1 will provide a route to market for CESG certified cyber security services through provision of certified security organisational teams of security specialists in order to fulfil a cyber security service outcome / project.

Other cyber security services maybe included in subsequent iterations of the commercial agreement such as CHECK, Cyber Incident Response and/or Cyber Vulnerability Investigations See CESG guidance for more information on the various cyber security schemes and services: http://www.cesg.gov.uk/publications/Documents/cyber_security_consultancy_20150226.pdf.

It is now implemented with details athttp://www.cesg.gov.uk/News/Pages/CESG-launches-Certified-Cyber-Security-Consultancy.aspx.

There are other existing schemes that we and GCHQ plan to incorporate in subsequent iterations, into the cyber security services commercial agreement, notably CHECK and Cyber Incident Response services both detailed from http://www.cesg.gov.uk/servicecatalogue/Pages/index.aspx.
