This piece of work is being delivered in partnership with Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, and it will look to develop innovative solutions to tackle key societal health and social care challenges.
The study should help to provide a high-level business model/financial model for a facility in the borough of Basildon.
It will also identify the valid reasons to go ahead with the project and identify new opportunities for service development.
