West Oxfordshire District Council is seeking tenders for the provision of Debt & Money advice, Welfare Benefit advice, Housing Advice and Employment Advice.
The requirements are broken down into four lots as follows: Lot 1: Provision of Employment Advice Services (finding employment, Rights at Work, Problems at Work, Work Place Discrimination.) Lot 2: Provision of Housing Advice ( Court Advocacy, Difficulty in keeping up with mortgage repayments and independent advice on appeals.) Lot 3: Provision of Welfare Benefit Advice (appealing benefit decisions in an impartial and professional manner.) Lot 4: Provision of Debt/Money Management Advice (Bankruptcy, Individual Voluntary Arrangements, Debt Relief Orders, Financial Advice.) Bidders may apply for any or all lots.
Each lot will be evaluated separately, with the bidder scoring highest in each lot awarded that particular lot.
For each lot it is intended to award a contract for 18 months.
