Waltham Forest CCG is inviting all interested providers to an Event to test the potential Integrated Community Musculoskeletal (MSK) Services which includes community based carpal tunnel and pain management services.
For providers of Community MSK Services, this represents an opportunity to organise and innovate around the patient to deliver the outcomes that matter most to them.
This Information Event will present further details of the proposed contract including the case for change, clinical model and contracting model and our timetable for a formal procurement process for an Outcomes Based Community MSK Service lead provider contract in Waltham Forest.
It will also provide an opportunity for providers to meet one another and network.
The session will be open to any providers who have an interest in MSK services and/or are currently in a related Community MSK business.
Please note that this is not a formal procurement advertisement.
This is a notice of a forthcoming information event for providers interested in Waltham Forest CCG’s programme of work for the formal procurement process for an Outcomes Based Contract for MSK Services.
The Event will take place on the 22nd January 2016 at The Score Community Centre, Hall B, 100 Oliver Rd, London, E10 5JY from 10:000am until 12 noon.
Further details will be sent to you a week prior to the event.
There is a limit of a maximum of 2 representatives from each organisation who wish to attend to enable us to manage demand.
