This is an ambitious programme which will transform Barrow and includes plans for a new University Campus and provision for 600 new homes.

The intent is that the Stadium would provide a high profile attraction in Barrow which could be used for a range of activities including sports, leisure and events.
The cost of the production of the SOBC will be no more than £9,000.
