Arts Council England has identified the need for a simple, practical guide that will drive and assist behavioural change in the arts and culture sector with regards to building a workforce that reflects the make-up of modern Britain (the Guide).
Arts Council England is therefore seeking to procure a service provider that will develop the Guide and provide other services as described below.
