In addition, the overall aims of the study are to: - create a baseline of current user satisfaction which can be used to track the impact of future changes to operating processes - provide insight in to what drives and detracts from user satisfaction within our current process which can also inform future IPCC practice. - establish the most effective methodology/combination of methodologies to collect user feedback going forward and to identify at which point to do this along the user ‘journey’.
